Mnm and mq change

Ok, so I am getting tired of the nerfs to px and qs because of winfinite so here is my solution.

Change either mnm purple and blue powers or mq purple and blue powers. The whole point is that purple feeds blue which feeds purple again. Well if both are now purple or blue they don't feed each other and no more winfinite. It's the easiest fix and they can go back to their original powers; however I do like mnm change better but I would prefer prenerf mq back. Then change px and qs back to their old powers and call it a day. No more nerfs and ćharacters come out as intended.

    I agree with the problem, but not the solution. I think it's absurd that they are going to continue to build characters around winfinite instead of taking a minute and fixing it for good. I use to think that your recommendation was the correct and simplest solution. However, after much though, I do not think you're solution is good because it just kicks the can down the road and eventually we will be back where we are now.

    I do think there is a simple solution. Make MQ blue back to 9 AP and have change 10 red, yellow, or green tiles (just like it originally did). However, instead of having it only make purple and black tiles, have it make blue (or TUPs), purple, and black. The dilution should permanently solve the winfinite problem. It should also fix MQ. The intent of her blue ability seems to be primarily to rid the board of rgy tiles, which it will still do. The few blue tiles created by the new blue ability will be 3.3 on average and plus placed randomly, so the blue will not be spammable (and even if it was, it could created TUP tiles instead of blue).

    At any rate, they need to do something to change her blue so that future characters will no longer be affected.

    TL;DR: It's easier to change one character's abilities than continually change numerous new character abilities in the future.

    With Quicksilver and Professor X in the game, I don't really see Magneto changing back.
  • I think the magneto change is fine. Fuels both of his other skills, still gets a critical every time if you are patient.

    There are color precedents already in the game for switching mystique. Purple is already a color changer, with widow, mags, now Fist and Kamala as well. Make it generate blue and black.
    Blue already stuns, widow, storm, goddess, and steals with hood.
