What does hp cost in your country?

I live in Japan. I've been playing nearly a year, and for that whole time Logan's Loonies cost ¥2,000, roughly $20 US, give or take market fluctuations. Today, it's ¥2,400. All the prices went up 20%. Currently the US dollar has been going up in value (I'm Canadian, and for a while, US$ were very close to Canada $, but now $20 US is $24 Canadian). So, I guess D3 has adjusted to get the same amount coming in. Question is, are they doing it to all foreign countries? And will they lower the price if the US $ dips?

I didn't mind buying a Logan's Loonies every few months, but paying 20% more for it makes it much less unappealing. This isn't like paying for goods, which always cost the same for the producers, this is for digital goods.
