no points after clearing a node

Just hit this when playing through a node on Thick As Thieves. I beat the node but when it came to the point screen it said that I received no points and had no points. I exited to the main menu and went back in and my points had returned by the points from beating the node had not been added to my total though the computer recognized that the node had been played
