Can someone explain to me what scaling is? I see everyone talking about it but I have no clue what it is....thanks!!

Depending upon how nitpicky you want to get with semantics, it's either how fast the difficulty of PvE nodes increases, or is simply thought of as synonymous with difficulty. But either way, when you see it discussed, it's always about the opponents in PvE having unfairly boosted levels.
