Health Pack Suggestion

What if we could have 5 health packs in PvE and another seperate 5 health packs for PvP? I think this would help people that want to be active in both a bit more.
I have a lower level roster with mostly 2* and progressing 3* so I have limited good teams for those really hard battles (that are good at wiping out health packs!). But I think it would help those with max rosters that rely on only their 270's from the crazy PvE scaling and their top tier PvP.
Just a suggestion, but I feel it would be a very helpful one!
