Lost my event rewards twice
I've only been playing this game for about a month now, but I'm really enjoying it. However, twice I've been a victim of bugs which robbed me of my hard earned rewards for some events.
1) I was once collecting rewards for an event, when my phone shutdown. When I charged my phone, I never received the remaining rewards that were owed. This also ended up making me lose my Patch Wolverine because the HPs I was owed were going to open up another slot before his expiration. I was pissed, but I figured I'd live.
2) I just now worked really hard to get top 25 on a recent PvE event. I loaded the app after the event to get my rewards, and the app immediately recommended that I update the app. I wanted to be a good citizen, so I updated. I load up the updated app, and I get no rewards. It just acts like I didn't work my **** off to get my ranking.
I'm really having fun with this game, but I don't know if I can keep playing if they arbitrarily waste my time like this.

Okay, I jumped the gun on the recent event. I just got my rewards.
I still got screwed out of the previous one from Saturday night (PST), and it makes me sad.0 -
I lost a special token for an event due to a problem with my internet connection. So I submitted a ticket, and while it took them a while to investigate and resolve the issue (almost a week), the patience was worth it, as I got 2 tokens as a refund. I suggest you also submit a ticket explaining your situation.0
