Hello,

We are a Top 100 PVE Alliance. We just had one of our long term players drop out and are looking to replace them.

We expect people to get the final progression reward for each PVE event, but we are not super hardcore. If you miss it we will not kick you out unless it clearly becomes obvious that you are not trying for it regularly.

The progression rewards for this PVE seem to be insanely high, so we don't expect many people to actually get it. We are looking for someone in the 30k+ area
