Did not receive my individual reward for the Heavy Metal
When I opened my account in steam 2 hours after the end time of the Heavy metal event I receive my alliance reward but did not receive my individual rewards.
I ranked 18 out of 500
my Alliance rank is 363 out of 18795. is it intended or a bug or do I have to wait more time? because there is no reward pending in the Heavy metal poster.
