no new characters on two consecutive pve

it would be better not to put two new characters in two consecutive pve.
but put a new character and a character in the next pve old for nodes essential.

    They told us in the past that the would not do this again, so take that for what it is worth

    I was hoping the event and rewards would wind up being a big April Fool's joke.. but no. No heart, no sense of humor either.
