Control Shift Teamup - Torch's Flame Jet, Hulk Anger

The other day I had the computer steal Human Torch's Flame Jet. (Pretty sure it was HT and not Johnny Storm)

The computer kept control of the Flame Jet for Multiple rounds, and when it damaged Hulk, it did not trigger Anger.

My Hulk is level 93, Anger level 5. Around 6K HP.
Flame Jet was ticking for around 1100 down to around 1000, so more than the 5% needed to trigger Anger.

Graphically, it looked like the Flame Jet had returned to my control, but it was burning Hulk, and treating the damage as an allied source, I assume, since it was not triggering anger.
