MPQ issues. Need help/advice or some1 of D3 directly

Hey fellas
maybe not the right to post it in general discussions but i think here it will be read first.
my problem is that my mpq data dont saves correctly

* i lose rewards after i leave the game and going back.
*dpd i sometimes complete and it shows me i have 15k pts but i cleared no node
*i lose connection to the game again and again and cant reconnect
*at pvp i got ppl qd attacked them but the same guy appears again at the same place
*iso, hp and tokens i get and claim either disappeare or are back to claim them again. ..again and again

The main issues i remember right now
contacted D3 already but they just said they are looking into it and say i have maybe overwritten my account.
Restored my Account via FB at least 3 times but havent worked

I cant play like this anymore
its already about 6-10 days with this issues.
cause only things that are save are the pvp points i get
nothing else gets saved

I dont know if some1 of you can help me or direct me into the right direction but this is aweful.

I think your phone has a backup utility misconfigured. Try to disable that, or migrate your account on another device.

im a complete lamer if its about computers or media. So sorry if i seems lile a idiot

Install mpq and connect it with facebook on another phone.

If you want to play on your current device, u should ask someone with better computer-knowledge to investigate your phone.

So you think it a device issue and not mpq?

Not really
cause if i get something good it disappeares so no advantage
got 250hp from taco and as i reconnected to game later the hp was gone and the taco back... lol
