Level Adjustment

I think a neat feature would be the ability to lower a character's level temporarily.
This particular feature might not be all that useful in the long run, but I could be helpful.

Say you're typically using Patch. You're currently transitioning and he's your strongest guy. There's a problem, though. The featured character for the current PVP is The Hood. You've collected some covers for him and he seems like a swell guy to use later, so you've leveled him up! Here you run into a problem. Sharing a team with this guy is hurting Patch. He likes to take match damage. He also likes to have tiles with his icon on them. Wouldn't it be great if you could make so this Hood could make himself weaker to ensure that Patch is the best there is at what he does?
