Anti Boosts/Team-ups

How about adding an option to choose "anti team-ups" that affect the other team? They could be as simple as inverse boosts that subtract 'x # of tiles' & '% damage' from the other team to exact opposites of the powers that either completely cancel the featured power or doubles the required # of tiles. These are just rough ideas and need a bit of polish but here are a couple examples:

Anti-boosts
Suppose Thor is on the enemy team. Just to be on the safe side you decide to add 3 grn/blk anti-boosts. With this boost, the other team starts the match with -3 grn and blk tiles meaning it will take that much longer to fire off powers with those colors (17 in the case of CotS).

Anti Team-ups
This time Hood is on the other team. Dormammu's Aid can be troublesome but it's passive so anti-boosts don't help, but you have an anti team-up. Using it cancels that power negating its effects for the match or a lighter version might just hamper the power to, say, half effectiveness.
