Moving account and save game to new computer

Hi there,

I just got a new laptop and want to get my save data onto the new machine, I am using Steam.

I've tried transferring the save files over to the new laptop but it still just starts a new game when opening it.

How do we move an account from one computer to another using the same Steam login?

I actually have no idea. It's supposed to sync to Steam Cloud, so it should just do it's thing. I would contact Customer Service.
