Season XII simulator shield bug

So I cannot activate my 24 hour shield now, even though it says it is ready. I keep attempting to refresh, I've closed down the app, opened it on both iOS and Andriod devices, and still can't activate my shields. As of right now I've lost close to 1k points, and still falling.

Was about 2900ish in the Simulator, top 5 in overall, and that's gone for the season now. What a way to end out the season.

Anyone else having issues with their 24 hour shields?

    Hey Kan1ne,

    We identified an issue where shields were sometimes being put on cooldown when the player broke a shield. This has been addressed and expect to see it in the next patch.
