All Chars gone!!!

Had the stuck problem at day 37. Received no daily items anymore. Send 3 ingame mails in about 5 weeks: no answer!
Paid almost 100€ for ingame apps...
And yesterday the game crashed cos of an internet interuption.
I tried to restart the game. But it stuck on the loading screen. Nothing more happened..
And now I decided to reinstall the game: all chars are gone!
Is there any chance to get my chars back?

Something similar happened to me when I installed the game on my desktop when I used to play on my Laptop. Use the in game feature to open a ticket, the envelope from the title screen. They should be able to help you.

Writing a ticket from the ingame screen leads to nothing!
I'm still waiting for reply since 5 weeks...

But I got my chars back! Fixed it with the Facebook tool...
It's an older save. But better than nothing...

Stil have the problem, that the daily rewards list stuck at day 37!

The latest update (just released today) should now address the issue of not receiving your daily rewards. Please install the update and see if that corrects your problem. If not, I would recommend sending a support request to mobilesupport@d3p.us (if you have not done so already). The email response time is often faster when compared to the in-game support request.
