Game restores

I just got a new iphone and apparently this is the only game that dosent get backed up by game center. Ive been trying to work with D3 for over a week now to get it back but they keep giving me a run around about my username.
I dont remember exactly what it is and i dont do the whole facebook thing (like i dont even have one), as far as alliances i didnt even know there was any until this whole ordeal. Anyone have any suggestions I got like $120 in this game and id rather not just be out that and start over.
