Android- bugged powers and rewards

I have sent 3 emails about my powers leveling issue- just sent the 3rd email a little while ago, so it's okay.

Here is tbhe issue- I have 2 characters with powers I cannot level above lvl3 even though I have covers. This is for Freon Beamfor Iron Man mk 35 and Blizzard for Storm Modern.

I also ran into a new bug today with prologue mission rewards. I have played 10-12 missions that had open available rewards and I never earned any of them- all I got is the lame 20 iso reward.

I would appreciate a followup either here or in response to my emails.

    What are the levels of the other powers for your Iron Man and Storm? You can only have 13 total levels, so if your Repulsor Blast and Armored Assault are both 5, 3 is the maximum for Ultra-Freon Beam. Same for Storm -- if Lightning Storm and Mistress of the Elements are both at 5, Hailstorm maxes out at 3.

    As for mission rewards, you don't always get a reward if it's available. 10-12 20 ISO rewards is highly unlucky but not necessarily a bug.

    The 13 level limit isn't documented anywhere in the game that I could find- at least in the android version.

    You can find it on the character screen where you level them up, I believe.

    Yeah when I first started I made the same noob mistake...
