Lost all progress after phone wipe

Don't tell me, that I lost everything and I cann't recover my data. I wiped the phone, and after reinstalling MPQ I have to do a tutorial... After few games I noticed I'm starting from the beginning. I spent some dolars on this game, and I played about 2-3 months getting heroes and levels for them. I assumed that data is kept with my google+ account, but it looks like it's not. Did I lost all my progress? All my heroes? Is there any way I can recover it?

    The best way to get a response is to submit a ticket with the issues and the username you had on your old account.

    You can open a ticket through the help menu in the game.

    Did you have your account linked to facebook to keep a backup of your data?

    Did you link MPQ to facebook again after your wipe to recover the data?

    I didn't know I can link it with Facebook, I hoped it's linked to Google+. I notice FB icon after the wipe, but I haven't use it now, as I'm waiting for support response.
