2* Drops in PVP

So has any1 noticed a sizeable change in the drop rates for a 2* in pvp?
I know they said they changed it, but to me it feels no different (dont get me wrong i love it as is)

lightning rounds have been dropping 2* covers like crazy for me. its almost feels like they increased the drop rate. not that i mind, 250 iso is 250 iso.

Drops are random. You'll always get 2* covers in clumps or not at all for a while just like you'll get 20 ISO from a PVE node 5 or 6 times in a row sometimes.

When they introduced the 250 ISO to the random drop rotation they reduced the probability of a Cover dropping. They stated this at the time of the change.
