Gauntlet: Who is the final essential in Global Domination?

I have some iso I can pump into a 1 of a few characters that would raise them up quite a bit but my Daken only has 6 covers (I only just got my first blue) and I don't want to leave him on lvl 40 if I'm going to need him.

I have:
X Force lvl 130 2/5/2
Doom lvl 107 3/3/5
Punisher lvl 120 4/3/5

I'm thinking Doom but I'll hold out if I need Daken.
