A possible ability for Bishop (when he finally comes)

I am thinking something that has the combined dynamic of Captain Marvel and Deadpool's passive. This guy's whole deal is that he absorbs and redirects energy, so he should be stepping in front of shots and generating AP as a side-effect.

Ideally the amount of AP gained should somehow correlate to either; the amount that was spent on the power, or the amount of damage the power is causing.
