Pure curiosity.....

Is anyone actually using Bagman since he is buffed for the Pve event? Maybe a dev can respond if they have the numbers at their fingertips. I just can't see him being used in any appreciable amount just because his abilities cost so dang much! And I pity the fool who has no choice but to use him.....

  • Probably not many forum users use him because of how bad he is, but he can serve a use if he is leveled high enough, mostly as a meat shield and for tile damage when he is boosted.
  • I recruited him yesterday so I could have another retreat... Does that mean "use"? icon_e_smile.gif
  • I got 5 bag mans in my second 10 pack so I thought why not and put some levels into him.
  • All the buff does is up his health and tile match damage. I think it would be interesting to create classes for this game that buffs different classes differently. For example, Bag-Man's (support class) buff can be that he gains +1 AP for each match.

    I used him for 1 match against mobs -- wasn't bad really. used yellow twice. Overlooked one tommy gun shot somehow but he survived even that with 7 life. icon_e_smile.gif (of some 2400, lvl 16 maybe?). Turned out that shot dropped some 40 levels of mobs over the board. icon_e_smile.gif

  • I admit, I ran a couple events with him. He's actually pretty good against PVE mooks. I would consider dumping some XP on him in the future now. Him, Punisher, and OBW would make a killer PVE Mook-killer team. (Not that mook killing is hard). Not that he needs XP to be effective.
