Reporting forum harrassment?

How do I report forum harassment?, I just told this numbskull I don't want to talk to them yet they're PMing me.

They also are apparently downvoting all my posts now

    If someone is harassing you, or threatening you in anyway, contact me or any other Moderator immediately! This is something we take very seriously here. As for this particular situation, I'll be looking into it and dealing with anyone involved accordingly.

    Again, if you feel someone is harassing you in any way, CONTACT A MOD IMMEDIATELY!

    You can also click the icon on any post to report it. You can add a custom message to the report and we mods will get a notification in our control panel. It will then be dealt with by the first mod to check the reported messages.
