Regen time bug...

My oBW needs 400 more health in shield sim to be fully regenerated. The timer reads 4 and a half hours tho. I'm sure this is because she's buffed in PvE. This should be fixed because I'm using shield sim to check their health before I enter PvP event. I can do the math. Its not the end of the world. It's a minor thing... But should be fixed. Thanks.
