give better iso for tournament placement

In the majority of tournament I take part in the iso prize for anyone out side of the top 5 is around 500 iso, this is prety much useless trying to level up character you et as a reward alongside it. At around level 40 it take 1000 iso+ per level, if I finish in the top 10 of a tournament I want to give a hero 3 levels not the equivilent of half a level. Obviously this doesn't include iso won from fights, but for some casual players who join tournaments late and don't usually play through pve missions more than twice. To then look at your character list and see no character at or near max level is disheartning especially when there are some max 3* characters in pvp events.
