Excessive heal time (14 hours), what gives?

Did I miss a change?

My Hood (133 I believe) at about 1/4 health will take >14 hours to heal up.

Edit: Well, closer to 1/2 health.

    As of a week ago the heal timer has been messed up and reporting the TU return timer rather than heal time. Heal rate is unaffected its a visual bug.
