Featured Characters

Can anyone tell me what characters are considered FEATURED CHARACTERS.
I have several big names and a couple starter characters but i can not use them in this
Dark Avengers Event

    Featured characters are just characters that are buffed (given bonus levels) for an event and it changes from event to event. In heroic events featured characters are also the only usable characters. To see a list of who's featured a pop up well tell you when you enter the event screen. To see the list prior to entering go to the event rewards section and click on the event rules tab
