FB bonuses from friends

Hey,

I figured that while the ticket is filed, someone here may be able to help me. I have linked my FB to my iPad air account (it shows up in my FB games app area as well). But I am being told by my alliance members that they are not able to send me anything. One has cut himself down to only 2 other friends that play, but no luck as he can only send it to those 2. I have already tried unlinking and re-linking.... any ideas?
