Animations, Warnings, Character shuffle targetting

The game would be a lot more fluid if players could take their next turn during the animations that occur. For instance when Healing and Heat activates is there any reason to wait till the health addition is added before playing your turn? Not really. Can this wait be done away with? A faster game is a better game.
Speaking of speeding things up.. if players could switch targets between combos that would also be a GREAT feature. Not only would it require a degree of skill to time correctly, but it would add an extra element to the game. Perfecting this would also separate the vets from the rookies.

    Switching targets between activating abilities? You can do that now.

    No. Switching targets during gem drops. For example if you want to spread damage.
    So a line of gems hit, you see a second line coming up, you tap the second/third target and cycle through.
    Just adds an extra dimension, makes choosing AoEs more tactical too.
