Yeah, it is better than top 10.

I guess it's just another reason to do away with RNG for rewards. I don't really feel strongly about the Rags changes. A lot of people are already unimpressed; I was going to wait to use him myself. In not going to grind a Heroic for that, so I'll wait a bit longer. There's probably a Krakkadoom in the near future with blue at 900, so I'll go for that.

the best thing about the new rags is that he's become completely irrelevant and you don't care that he's at level 395 against your team in PVE.

Well, now I can skip the PVE entirely.

That's nice. I was expecting to have to stay in the top 150 for his new cover.

But now that that's off the table, I don't even need to worry at all.

I consider that a win.

so does my scaling go down more if I skip events entirely or durdle through them using only 1* chars?

I laughed when I saw the reward structure. No one likes heroics, no one likes new rags, and then you can't get his new cover without grinding a heroic? HA HA HA! Good early April Fool's, D3.

Didn't Miles say something about "Don't rip on Rags until you try him out"? Hard to do that when we can't get the covers, isn't it D3?

also got to love only top 10 get 50 coins again. If you dont have pro X dont expect any coins or even making top 50

If you can't make top 50 without Prof. X it's only because you didn't try, top 10 is possible but more difficult.

and only thor and black are level 80. storm is 65 rest are 40 before the boost. i have everyone that i cant used leveled higher lol

gave up leveling up 2 stars and put all my tokens in 3 stars.... and lets see checking in every 8 hours to play for 30 to 45 mins.

3 x a day say 2 hours a day x 5 days for min of 10 hours to get what 1 cover 50 tokens and some ISO

I just got punisher cover 25 tokens and 500 ISO for 45 mins of work.

Blue covers mean you can get him to level 166, raising his health and making Thunderclap a little more powerful. You should almost never use Lightning Rod, of course.

So unless the most desired cover is the easiest to get now, MPQ is doing something wrong?

People need to get a grip. The worse part is it's not just the noobs or transition people complaining about this any more. Them I can understand because it's been that way for a very long time. I don't agree with them, but it's the behavior by some of them that I've come to expect.

I do not when it started that if you cannot get all the new covers right when they come out that there is something wrong. This is not a game that you get all of the covers at once typically. It usually takes 3 months minimum to max cover someone and typically longer to get them to the spec you want. And that is if you get the covers as quickly as possible. For everyone, else it's a longer process.

I see you using that excuse in here all the time, but from what you've said in other threads we started at the same time. Which means if you can't do it you have no one to blame but yourself, I've spent about $15.00 total since I started on some roster slots, so I don't have some huge competitive advantage. Maybe just level your 2 stars until you're actually ready to make the transition and quit using that as an excuse.
