What's your MPQ audio?

I just watched a MPQ Youtube vid, and was taken aback at the music and sound effects... I've never heard them. Every app on my iPhone, I turn the sound and music off first, because I only play while watching TV or listening to podcasts.

How about you?

Any arguments that keeping music and SFX adds to the enjoyment of play?

I use only the SFX is more fun that way, the music that's another thing it's just annoying!
