I think most of the nerfs / buffs they've included are pretty decent.

Granted, most of the changes involve characters I hardly use, or characters I don't even possess anymore. I do feel for the hardcore players that spam certain strategies and character combos to climb in PvP. I have no doubt in my mind that "new character on the way" + "strategic favorites" will no doubt bring you a game breaking combo once again.

This is the nature of the beast. The Devs will discover our exploits and then block them. Does anyone REALLY think that the X-4phorce wall is good for this game in the long run? I don't. All of this has happened before and it will happen again. Does anyone wish to go back to OBW on every team like it used to be? I don't.

I barely heard about Winfinite before it was nerfed out of existence. I knew about 2* Magneto and Storm but I never once tried it. I've never had a 2* Storm on my team EVER...and that's OK. That team is no fun to play for me. Besides, all you do is deny blue and that team is pointless.

The more high end players look to exploit the game rules, the more nerfs we'll get.

I'm not asking for perfect balance. That's nearly impossible, and quite frankly, boring. I just wish people would take a step back and realize that this is just perpetuating a cycle. People complain so much as if they are the only ones playing this game. I have been very fortunate to develop a good roster, and I have plenty of lineups that are effective during different scenarios (I can no longer call myself F2P).

That's the "puzzle' for me - finding cool lineups and counter rosters for my opponents. I realize that being ultra competitive or a whale gets me into 4* land, but I choose to just enjoy this game at this point in my journey.

With all due respect, don't be upset when that ONE team you use ad nauseum is no longer game-breakingly effective. There are so many more options available to you if you would give some other toons an opportunity.

One of the most fun things about MPQ is finding the exploits! They come and go and the game of finding them never ends.
