Can't send TUs of characters about to be used in battle

So in R72, we can use characters in battle even if they've been sent away "on patrol" as Team-Ups to other alliance members. There's a particular (maybe obscure) use case that I think has been missed when implementing this new functionality:

Preconditions:
- User must be in an alliance
- The alliance must have at least one other member
- Another alliance member must have requested team-ups

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a node in any event.
2. On the character selection screen, choose your characters (and make a note of them), then select "FIGHT!"
3. On the boost / team-up selection screen, select one of the boost/TU slots.
4. Press "GET TEAM-UPS FROM YOUR ALLIANCE"
5. Choose "SEND" next to the alliance member who has requested team-ups

Result:
It is not possible to send the three characters who were selected (in step 2) for the next battle; they appear at the end of the list, with "LOCKED" graphics, and selecting them produces the message "Character On Team - You've already chosen (name) to be on your team for the current battle."

Expected Result:
Now that the restriction on using "on patrol" characters has been lifted, it should be possible to send the currently-active characters as team-ups.
