Hello MPQ Community and Employees,

Earlier this week and issue with iTunes and D3 Publisher restricted users from playing the game. Events were still running, (Sticks & Stones, Lightening Rounds, and The Hunt featuring the new Professor X 4*). I couldn't battle as the screen just kept loading after pressing the "FIGHT" button.

Here was my email to D3 on the situation:

"Hello D3 representative,
I understand this is a middleman error. However this has put me at many disadvantages in the game.
1. This seriously hindered my ability to meet alliance minimum requirements for the Stick & Stones PVP. I generally collect 900-1000+ in PVPs. I was going for the red Luke Cage cover as a 900 point reward. You can review my past pvp points for this information and understand why this is such a disappointment on my end.
2. It put me behind in my Season scoring. Totally not cool. How can we fix this?
3. With the introduction of the new PVE The Hunt battling for Professor X I am severely behind.
I have spent $100's of dollars on this mobile game. If you need detailed receipts I can supply them at your request. I support D3 in their efforts of continuing to supply us dedicated players with new and excited missions and characters. And while I know this isn't a perfect world, I'm disappointed that this season just started I'm pretty much not going to make my goals.
I feel I deserve the covers, iso, hero points, and season points that I was unable to collect. I want to support this game. However, I don't want to go the rest of the season feeling like a customer who isn't valued. I understand this was an Apple issue as well. Their customer service never replied to me since last night. I am furious about this since I have been a customer of theirs since the release of the first iPhone. I will be canceling my service with them and going to samsung. This ios release burning out the app store is unacceptable.
I hope you understand my frustration, and I hope we can come to any sort of agreement.

I am still severely behind in The Hunt PVE. Holding top 100 is tough when you have an 18 hour disadvantage to players able to get in. I am hoping for some sort of resolution to this. If anyone, (player/employee) would like to chime and with your thoughts that would be great. I am on day 493 as an active player. Thank you for reading this.

  • This may be a dumb suggestion, but try pre-loading your team-ups before a battle. The new fight button pre-loads them for you.

    Also, do you have less than 3 available team-ups? If so this might be a bug where you can't start the match because the computer sees you have no team-ups and is trying to pre-load team-ups for you every time you hit the start button. The workaround would be to use 1 of some random match boost in each slot.

    I have no way to confirm this without killing all my team-ups, and I'm not about to do that.

    Can you do me a favor and try to click the bottom or the sides of the button? It should activate the first time when you do that.

    The icon above the button isn't playing nice with the button below it and caused the top of the button to not be clickable. We have isolated the issue and you should notice it working correctly in the next couple of days (hopefully by mid-day EST tomorrow!).

    Thats works fine. There was a huge delay between Apple Apps and connecting issue earlier this week. Things are working fine now. However, those who were effected are severly behind in pve ans season scoring. I feel like a freeze should've been placed on the game until connection issues were solved.
  • That glitch screwed a number of allis while others never noticed. Our alli got hit by a few that normally do 900-1000+.

    Now I doubt there will be alli compensation for it. Those that pay good money and got screwed by the glitch should get some decent compensation IMO.

    So it's been a week since that all happened. D3 never commented on the issue, and those of us who have been effected have been basically ignored. A moderator couldn't even take the time to clear up the situation. Very disappointing D3.

    Mods can't do anything, you should probably pm Hi-Fi, Miles, Will, and/or IceIX to see if you can get your issue expedited. Also, X-Post this to bug reports forum as well.

    My guess is that if an issue affects a lot of users, they are probably still trying to figure out what happened and will likely work on some mass rewards.

    One week is actually not a lot of time if the issue is complicated enough. Be patient, and send out weekly email reminders to customer service. Usually D3 CS does a fairly good job.
