Can I get lv up cards by drop or only buy?

    ISO are the purple crystals you win as rewards. It is used to level up characters.

    Hero points and covers can be used to level up the character skills. If you get a second cover of a color you already have you will use that to train that skill. ISO is used to level the character in general. Both icons can be seen at the top right. The purple one is ISO and the good one is hero points.

    How to get Hero Points or skill card?

    Doing prologue missions + events gives skill cards. If you do well in events you can get Hero Points + there's a few in the prologue missions too. It's best to spend HP on increasing your available slots to start with.
