No Justice in Blind Justice

In the current Blind Justice event, I've now had two occassions where I had no retaliations going into a match. After the match was completed, I received notification that I had two defensive losses to two different players during that time. However only one retaliation appears in my queue.

Each of these attacks is taking less points than the retaliation would be worth (being hit for ~22 points, most retaliations are worth ~30 points).

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I'm a little disappointed, since those are some easy points I could have made that have just vanished.
