Advice on levelling hulk and possibly Spiderman.

I hope I'm posting on the right forum.

I have Xforce 2/2/1 levelled to 111 - soft cap. Did it without thinking.

I also have hulk 5/2/3 levelled to 111 to match Xforce, thinking this wouldn't affect scaling.
Current Max is 127

I have Spiderman 4/5/2 at level 90, softcap at 140. Haven't levelled because I don't use him often

My other ***s are all soft capped below around 90.

Is it worth levelling these 2 mid/low tier ***s, or will the effect on my scaling be far worse than the advantages of levelling?
