How often do you use the secondary environmental powers?

Hey guys. As the title implies, I was just wondering how often you usually (if ever) get a chance to use the expensive environmental tile powers. It was possible for me in the past when the tile multiplier was stronger, but since it's been nerfed, the game ends before I get to use it. The only time I get to trigger it is if I am very lucky with critical tile placements.

Forest fire was overkill but it was awesome seeing the entire board turn red and explode.

I've gotten cold snap 2-3 times today.

Usually it's much more rare than this though. Usually the good ones like once every other day.

Back when critical and environmental tiles were buffed, it was easy to get the secondary powers. Cold snap is the only one that's easy to get. The rest take some effort.

I always wanted to try and trigger the one that spawns 6 crit tiles (desert map?). Never got it though. I think playing Bullseye would be fun there.

He's the one you need if you want to make it easy on yourself. Helps to Have Dr. Doom, 2-star magneto in the lineup.

The only time I got the special powers was back when Hawkeye can do infinite loop with Take Aim with any boosted character. I got a Forest Fire and then put down a strike tile on all the red tiles that are left (like 20 of them).

Using mStorm's Mistress of the Elements I've often gotten up to 180 environmental or so. Never gotten above 200 and since I stopped running her, rarely get above 50.

Good old days when buffed AI could trigger Forest fire on me... missing those days!
