Best Teamups to Send

I've seen a bunch of discussion about if/how TU's are going to break the game after the update, but not a lot on which ones are really worth sending. Maybe that's because it's really obvious, but I'm a little slow, so help me out here and tell me what I'm missing.
Note that this is for the perspective of an average player, not the whale who will spend 900hp on a roster slot to build a second character with only one maxed color. That's what makes the decision more difficult for me, is which usable characters can you send that have good odds of being usable as TUs.
Also, the theory (for me at least) is that lower cost far outweighs greater power, because I'm never prioritizing TU tiles. I just want something I can make usable through cascades and maybe one or two intentional matches. For me anything over about 9 is usable only in survival nodes of pve.

Juggs maxed - duh. Board shake for 6 and you need him for DDQ anyway. I'd be totally cool w/20 juggs TUs in my stock.
red is cheap damage and whales is expensive, but one of the only tus worth prioritizing tiles for in a difficult matchup
purple is cheap and green is not too expensive, worth the cost
similar to juggs, both decent if maxed.
MID
stun is nice & cheap, but only 1 turn, bandages are meh.
yellow is great, red & black seem high cost for what you're getting
purple is cheap & good, black is situational and 11ap
mohawk - all powers are useful, but all are also on the high end of usable cost
Who else am I missing? (I don't even have a maxed 3 yet, so I'm sure theres a LOT I don't know)

CStorm Blue is probably one of the best TU's to send now that it scales up (haven't seen that yet personally), but a 4 turn stun plus enemy team AOE? Yup, I'll take it.0

Juggs can not send his but his is still one of the best TUs.
OBW is great (if you don't have on her), and IF would also be great. With the TU change I'm going to start sending a lot more. Converts TUAP to or0 -

I didn't know that about Jugs . I thought I just hadn't seen one. Makes sense since he can't damage himself. IMO that makes him even better to send.
Cap is a good point too. On the high side of cost, but you get to knock out an enemy countdown/special and get good color ap back for it.0 -
1* Hawkeye's Take Aim is a phenomenal team up, placing a crit tile in the right place can wreak havoc. I always look for cheap board shakers like Juggs/Rags/Loki myself, but with the new change I can see a lot of CMags team ups being sent out. All his powers are useful, and while red loses some of its luster as a team up, it can still be brutal if you time it right. And let's not forget Fury! He kind of got pushed to the background when 4-Thor took over the 4* world, but Demolition is still a thing, and using it as a team up could be amazing.
Some others I like to use are inexpensive nukes like HT's Fireball, Punisher's Retribution, and to a lesser extent either of Psylocke's damage powers, since they're cheap and they leave you a nice present behind. Someone mentioned Cap team-ups since they essentially change TU ap into red/blue, that's a cool idea. I usually keep a Supernova TU on hand too, for emergency use only.
A power that becomes truly beastly as a Team Up is Doom's Telepathic Strike. That power is good on its own, but you're usually matching blue tile before using it, so unless there's a flood of blue, its not changing too many tiles. The game changes when you're matching TU ap to use it tho, and I've had it melt half a board into a mega-black cascade of death before.0 -
Human Torch is better than Deadpool's I believe, more consistent damage for 2 more TU but you also get +2 red AP. His is decent if you have no green output, his black kinda sucks.
I've always liked CapAm but the TU cost is pretty high and its difficult to get that much without the match already being over.
Nick Fury is solid but also expensive.
GSBW + MMags are both great.
Gamora's is very cheap (but less damage than DP + HT) and her has saved me a few times. Her can't be sent so you're guaranteed a decent one.0 -

I had one of those too, but just sold her to make room for IF0 -
I use strike tiles pretty liberally so any AOE is welcome0

A lot of people are way off. Dkffiv is the closest to knowing exactly what they are talking about. This must be why people do not like TUP's. They do not understand how to maximize their potential. For example, why bring MMN with 4or and Xforce, when you can bring his TUP and fill that 3rd spot with Hood, Loki, or Fist.
The best are L Cap blue and red, MMN and GSBW Purple.
The second best are MBW blue, CS blue, and OBW Purple
The third best are anything cheap.
The reason for the best is you get multiple benefits.
1. L Cap blue - You get the stun, strong protect tile, and blue AP.
2. L Cap red - You get damage and red AP.
3. MMN and GSBW purple - you can make critical tiles, make as many match 3's as possible, destroy special tiles (by aiming match 4's), etc. You also get the the blue or green AP PLUS any AP from cascades from critical tiles. Lastly, you get some board shake up from the matches.0 -

IMO, the best "bang for your buck" TU in the game.
Nabbed a level 190 one in the Simulator yesterday; 3648 damage to the enemy team, don't mind if I do!0 -

Any CStorm that you get would only scale up to 94 (limited by her 2 star level). You get to keep a higher level one that you earn though.0 -
To me good tus are ones that can be send with out gamble, tus that will send the best ability of the hero with out worrying that you will send the most useless ability of the hero.
I send 3* deken it's cheap and feeds green and does ok damage.
Ragnarok both are cheap feed green shake up the board and damage the opponent.
Jugs cheap good shake up and ok damage.
Captain America 3* not cheap but god damage stun and feed red and blue.
Devil Dino fairly cheap but it depends on the covers your alliance teammates have for him.
For me these are the best tus depending on levels and if you have all the three covers for the character. There are better abilities I know but if you have a fully covered character it just makes it hard to send the good power and if the wrong power tu gets send it usually ends up in the trash.0
