What to do?

I have an X-Force Wolvie lvl. 103 3g/2b/oy and 2450 points. I know the recommended build is 5/5/3 but what is more beneficial to spend my points on, green or black? I have read the descriptions but I am still not sure....any advice is welcome.

    2450 Hero Points can't even buy you one cover. Spend your HP on roster slots instead, I say.

    X-Force doesn't become great with just one more cover. I'd say at 4/4/2 he's on par with good 3star characters. But the Fifth covers really are the charm. I think it would be better to hold on to the HP for now and keep working.

    Yes, this. Buy the fifth covers, nothing before then. Save the HP for roster slots and the occassional shield hop.

    I realized that after I posted and forgot to change it...
