New buff system in PVE

So the latest event has a new scaling buff system. Here are the buff levels for Patch lv15 to lv50 based on health.

Extrapolating the numbers in excel gives a 63% buff at 141. Also, Lv 56 buffed is equivalent to Lv 141 normal.

You may not have checked for this, but it might just be a constant flat amount instead of diminishing percentages.
