Which should be the third 4* to level?

with a main X-Force/Goddess Thor team, I wanted to level one more 4* for sim fights

I was thinking on Fury (12 covers) or Star Lord (5 but winning 1 each time he's on 1000)
iso shortage is an issue with so many 3* so starting the decision early helps

On paper (on my build at least 553 vs 553) i think both have a skill i wouldn't use:
Fury blue and Star Lord red (both for Goddess)

Star Lord pink would beat over damage Fury pink, but on the right conditions Fury yellow stun does helps and i'm not sure if Star Lord one would be reliable for long

There's any Star Lord user out there to know if its really helpful to have him around?
Or should just work on Fury?

Fury and Star Lord are equally useful/not IMHO. I know people that use Fury with Goddess and X-Force as a deterrant in PVP, but he doesn't add any synergy or speed over a good 3* support character like Hood, Loki, or Cyclops. Same goes for Star Lord. That said, I know of at least one X2 member that like to climb with his Guardians team of Star Lord, Rocket & Groot, and Gamora. Apparently it's awesome for the climb, but not good enough for the high end, shield hopping, meta.

I have used Fury on sim and its interesting, you have an occasional Pink use and with charged tiles his yellow is almost guaranteed but you are right on that, Hood/Loki do prove a problem and is just a matter of seeing the balance of tiles needed (since only X has a quick green skill) vs health advantage of using a 4* team

I was just wondering if yellow Star Lord could change that but I have no way to test it, and right now without IW refactor (and even there she opposes main colours of the others) there's not much options, even a new 4* would take time to get there

I've heard Fury should be the 3rd to level because he's better than Thor on defense. Many people will skip X-Force/Fury because it's harder to come out unscathed. You've already got X-Force/Thor for offense, adding Star-Lord to the mix won't really help on the hop side.

Since you can rarely use 3 4*s in PvP and they don't have much synergy in the first place there's almost no reason to have more than 2 4*s leveled. For fun I'd say Star-Lord or Fury depending on who you have covers for. Fury is probably a bit better than Star-Lord, but not by much.
