QQ people problem

**** is with this game.

I'm on 900 points. Some player that is 50points below me drops shield, and I can't qq him.

I can qq tons of ppl that are 200-300 points below me and I can qq people that are higher than me, but can't qq ppl that are only few points below me.

    Seriously though, Ive been seeing this too. I can find dozens and dozens of players that are worth less than 5 points, but I can't find the 2 guys in my alliance that are less than 100 points below me and unshielded unless I spend over 1k ISO on skips. It's ridiculous and really needs to be fixed. I'm not saying completely overhaul matchmaking, but make people within 100 points of you priority over people with the same MMR, but much lower points.
