Add a TAB in the Chat (for permanent posts like "Rules")

Hi,

as a commander it's annoying if I had to tell new members the rules of our Alliance.
My suggestion is to extend the Chat with a new TAB (Rules), where a Commander could post rules permanently.

You will have the TABs "Chat", "Details", "Search" and "Rules".

If I post rules in the Chat they will be deleted after 50 entries. So I had to post the rules again and again.

If I could post the rules permanently, that will be a great ease.

    Good idea. I suggest you also start using LINE where you can post permanent notes for rules, guidelines, useful links, etc. It also has search and runs circles around the in-game chat, in general.
