What are your Team-Up strats/tips?

With the probable upcoming changes to Team-Ups in R72, I'd really like to hear what people's general strats/tips are (since I basically never use them lol). I also haven't sent many because of the locking and my own inexperience in using them. Might even be able to use those +3 Team-up boosts!
R72 proposed changes:
* Do you bring specific Team-Ups depending on what characters you are using / against?
(If someone's already written a guide can you point me in their direction!)
R72 proposed changes:
Team-Up Improvements
- You can now send up to five Team-Ups to your Alliance members at a time (up from three).
- You can continue to play with characters even if you’ve sent them away as Team-Ups.
- When you earn a Team-Up, or a friend sends you one, its power is raised to the average level of your four best characters.
- The max level of a Team-Up is limited to the max level that character could have if they were in your roster when scaled up.
- Team ups will never *scale down*. So an overlevelled Team-Up will stay overlevelled. It is only Team-Ups that scale up that are capped at rarity level max.
- If the average level of your four best characters is lower than the Team-Up’s original level, you’ll get the Team-Up at its original level.
- When you enter a mission, any empty Team-Up/Boost slots are filled with random available Team-Ups from your inventory.
- Starting Team-Ups updated for new players.
* What are the better Team-Ups to send / ask for (especially now they won't lock them)?- You can now send up to five Team-Ups to your Alliance members at a time (up from three).

The best team ups are stuns and board shakers.0

Traditionally they have been, but with the patch, loaning out nukes should be a lot more popular. If you have him, you can give out lvl270 xforces all day and still keep playing him. You can give out 166 rage of the Panther easilu, because of battle plan or defense grid is given, you just trash it and have the sender try again immediately.
You can also give out deadpool TUs all day. Starting out each match with a two match 65% hit sounds really nice. As well as having some whales TUs in stock in case you need to ultimate whale someone. And with it as a TU, you can use capt marvel to create TU tiles or someone like Cmags to destroy them.
You could even give out lady thor enough so that someone could collect power surge and smite then use both together (although that would be a lot of TU AP to store up)0 -

I don't think you can resend immediately. I think the timer still runs on sending again but the timer doesn't affect playing the hero0 -
Ah! That makes a bit more sense. It seemed a bit crazy if you would be able to constantly have 20 very very high power TUs0

Best TUs? Mags MN for Thoress, Iron Fist for X-Force.
After that depends on what you are trying to accomplish, but 1* BW with 5 is something common to see. Some people have a 5 BW (sometimes even three) just for TUs.0
