Preview Rewards and pick Time Slice early not available?

Hmm, did I miss a post about a bug or problem with both of these options? I thought it was a one time deal with the last events but I can see Deadpool vs MPQ is showing up now but doesn't let you preview rewards or pre-select a time slice early? Apologize if this is a double post.
