Does it worth the ISO to upgrade cover others...

With the current PVP set up in Versus mode, if you got a maxed X-force, 4hor, 3hor, Nick Fury etc, does it worth the ISO or even money to upgrade other covers? I already now have a max X-force, 3hor, LCap, and Patch
I recently got all covers for Hulk, CMag, Falcon, spidey, Daredevil... But I didn't want to spend any ISO on them as I never quite use them in PVP. Only occasionally in PVE event that i'm going to use them.
my question comes back to should i upgrade these covers at all?
