Prodigal Sun not giving points / rewards (Old Enemies)

I just finished the first Hell's Kitchen Daredevil fight named "Old Enemies." It bumped my score up to "All Progression Awards Reached" or whatever. My score ended up being 26,008, which seemed VERY odd to me.......AND SURE ENOUGH.......the game did not give me my The Hood cover.

I went back to the event and the time and points DID deplete by 8 hours, but of course my points for Prodigal Sun are back down to 25,648.

I swear......maybe my version is just cursed or something.

Just happened a second time, in Hell's Kitchen, The Hoods first Essential node.

You are not alone in this. This has happened to me, too, many times!! I lost points multiple times in Prodigal Son, and now I'm losing them in deadpool v heroes. I completed a node, bringing my points to 3940 (just 60 below gold token at 4k, so I noted that). I then completed another node and after tallying points for the node, it said I had 38-something points!! D3p is ignoring my ticket about this.
