Distributing ISO (or not)

In part thanks to DDQ, I've had a whole mess of gold covers roll in - I think my count for the last week is 7, not counting the guaranteed covers from the Big Enchiladas.

I've consequently had a whole bunch of characters start to hit the possibility of going past level 94, and am sitting on roughly 315k ISO. The question is, is it worth starting to bring any of them up (probably to 94 initially until I've got a good team complementary team that can go past it together)? It seems like they're a bunch of mid-tier folks and that there isn't a good color spread in my draws.

For the sake of speed in typing, I'm not going to look up the individual level caps for any of these guys, since I know it can be calculated from one of the player tools in one of the sticky posts. My current candidates:

XForce: 2/2/2, currently level 94
Sentry: 5/4/1, currently level 84
Gamora: 5/1/2, currently level 81
Daredevil: 1/5/2, currently level 78
Nick Fury: Currently 2/3/0, currently level 70
Human Torch: 3/1/2, currently level 66. (I know this takes him to something like 78, ditto the next two)
Thor: 1/2/3, currently 66
Deadpool: 2/2/2, currently 66
Luke Cage: 2/4/1
Mohawk Storm: 4/1/1

and then we start to get into less viable options.

My current alliance is vamanos pest, should willing advisors want a look at my entire roster.

Edit to add: Just pulled a Luke Cage yellow from my 300 point unholy outlaw token, bringing him to 2/4/1; currently level 78 I think.

Second addendum: Pulled a green Mohawk Storm from a standard token this morning to make her 4/1/1 (and a yellow Hood from a heroic, but that only makes him 2/1/0).
